Owner and general contract conditions

These General Contracting Conditions – now hereinafter GCC – regulate the purchasing conditions of the different products offered on our website: ses24.com , owned by Seguridad Euro Systems 24, SL (now hereinafter Ses24 ), a Spanish company, with NIF B59896852, and located at Paseo Lluis Companys, 4 1º 2 ª (08018) Barcelona, ​​for the purpose of notifications.

Users who make purchases on ses24.com fully accept these GTC and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchase.

It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the GTC, prior to purchasing any product through ses24.com.

Security Euro Systems 24, SL reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. The GTC will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.

The prices and conditions of sale are for informational purposes only and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by completing the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that specific time. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be deemed to have been completed in full, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will have a contractual nature and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. . Spanish, Catalan and English will be the languages ​​used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be archived and the user will have access to it in their client area.

Conditions revised as of February 1, 2024

Security Euro Systems 24, SL reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to the services provided on ses24.com for reasons of violation of contractual good faith, non-compliance with applicable legislation, these General Purchase Conditions and/or in cases of fraud detected by this company and/or any of its suppliers.

  • Delivery times range between 24 and 72 hours at the customer’s choice. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies comply with them whenever possible. In rural towns far from urban centres, it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 24 hours under any circumstances.
  • Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each and every one of the products offered. For orders that include several items, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item whose delivery time is longer.
  • In the event that you decide to choose the option of prior preconfiguration of the security alarm kit through our authorized technicians, the delivery time will be extended by 48-72 hours from the customer’s acceptance of the new conditions with our specialized technical support.
  • The customer will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything they should be included in the included products. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damage or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.
  • An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is within the next 72 hours that the client must verify the products upon receipt and expose any objections that may exist.
  • If you receive a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident from the transport company. In the same way, it is advisable to leave a record to the transport company.

For these purposes, THE COMPANY informs that the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes several options to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal. Among them, it includes the possibility of doing so by filling out a form electronically. In order to shorten the time and so that you can make the return in a comfortable way and without delays, at ses24.com we advise you to use this option and fill out the withdrawal form.

In accordance with current legislation, the contract concluded may be rescinded, without the need to justify such decision and without penalty of any kind, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise by the customer. To do this, the conditions set out in this document must be met: withdrawal form.

The consumer will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

  1. The provision of services, once the service has been completely executed, when the execution has begun, with prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the employer, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
  2. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
  3. The supply of goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
  4. The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
  5. The supply of goods that, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

Once we receive the product(s), we will refund your money according to the payment method you used:


  • If you paid by card , we will credit your account within 48 to 72 hours.
  • If you made the payment by transfer , we will ask you for an account number to make the payment. Keep in mind that it may take up to 48 business hours for it to be reflected in your bank account.
  • For the rest of the payment methods, we will ask you for an account number to make the payment.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from their handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.


Return conditions for private customers

  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and conditions, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise ses24.com reserves the right to reject the return.
  • Once you have completed and sent the withdrawal form, you will receive instructions to send it to our facilities in your email. You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when you inform us of your desire to exercise the right.
  • The transportation costs incurred for the return will be your responsibility. You are free to choose and search for the agency that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive rates. 
  • Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed. We will refund the payment received, including the delivery cost with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer.

Order cancellations and returns

Those order cancellations that involve a return to the customer and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try to ensure that the period is not longer than 7 days.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied or what you have ordered is not in accordance with what is offered, you have 14 days to return it and exchange it for any other product in the store. At Seguridad Euro Systems 24, SL we are concerned about customer satisfaction, if you cannot return it within 14 days, you just have to let us know, send us an email to ses24sl@infonegocio.com or call us at customer service number 93. .300.80.54.

To return the products, the following conditions must be met:

– The product must be intact, unused and in perfect condition.

– The product must have its identifying label attached to the product.

Security Euro Systems 24, SL does not make refunds unless the return is due to our error, the product is defective, in this case the amount plus shipping costs will be refunded.

Return costs will be borne by the customer and will be €10.00 for collection and new shipment, which will be paid upon delivery of the package.

Dispute resolution

Online dispute resolution in consumer matters in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform that is available at the following link: http://ec. europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .




The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or manipulation other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In these cases, the consumer must be responsible for its repair. The following are therefore excluded from the guarantee:

  • Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, due to wear and tear.
  • Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by ses24.com , as well as products that are the subject of a specific support contract.
  • Incorrect software/hardware configuration, by the client, of a device, component or peripheral. Incorrect software/hardware configuration or equipment breakdown caused by a component not supplied by ses24.com and incorporated by the client.

In general, the warranty period is 3 years from the moment of purchase. To do this, it is essential to have the purchase receipt or invoice that will serve the user to demonstrate that the product was purchased in an establishment and the date on which it was purchased appears.
