After-sales service

An after-sales service is mandatory for all equipment connected to the Central Alarm Station, from now on C.R.A.

The CRA is in charge of sending to our offices, the events that occur when the equipment does not work properly, by sending this information trough the Internet, so that the technical service can fix it as soon as possible, this can be done in both ways, since the user of the equipment can also detect the failure of the security equipment on his alarm control panel, thus reinforcing the detection of the failure of the equipment and being able to report it to the technical service area.
